Neck butt welding flanges and integral flanges are welded by butt welding, and both have a long neck. How to distinguish between necked butt welding flanges and integral flanges in terms of appearance size and use? From the appearance point of view, the overall flange pipe end is thicker than the butt welding flange pipe end, and the inner diameter of the overall flange is the same as the nominal diameter except for PN1.6MPa and DN450 or more. The height of the neck of the overall flange is higher, and the thickness of the wall thickness is relatively thick, which can be clearly seen by the reference standard of the flange. From the application point of view, the integral flange is the flange that is connected with the equipment, such as the flange on the valve.
